Taming the dragon and slaying the princess

I was invited to keynote at Product Camp in Kyiv. Great honour to be invited to join such an amazing event with other great speakers and smart people.

I did a talk titled Taming the dragon and slaying the princess - a dive into managing stakeholders using the priority scorecard method. Looks like the crowd enjoyed some parts of it. I know I had a blast.

After my talk I also curated a break out event where the group joined me in a workshop putting the priority scorecard into practice. Proud to have been selected "Best breakout speaker".
